* Share My Screen allows the customer to directly screen share by clicking the
“Share My Screen” button in the chat window itself. No more asking
the customer to download the client from CrossLoop’s homepage.

* Single Click Connect to Recent Helper: The customer will be able to view a
list of recently contacted helpers in their client and contact you by simply
clicking on your name.

* Reconnect After Reboot: This permits the client to directly reconnect after
reboot. All you have to do is to click the “Reconnect After Reboot”
option in the client. Do not forget to download the latest version to have
